OUR COMMUNITY

Kitchen Sink Productions offers opportunities for communities to participate in creating theatre, developing their work, learning new skills and making friends and creative connections through getting involved with Kitchen Sink.

We have regular opportunities for placements, offer monthly workshops and provide accessible opportunities for young people either in their schools or communities to learn how to make their own theatre on a budget

SCRIPT JAM!

Script Jam! is a monthly creative workshop for writers, directors, and performers in Chichester and beyond. Held on the second Thursday of every month (7–9pm) at Jam Café, Southgate, it’s an open, welcoming space to share new writing, test out fresh ideas, and connect with fellow creatives.

Each month, we set a theme (take it as inspiration—or ignore it entirely!) and invite you to bring your work, whether you’re just starting out, rediscovering your voice, or looking for a platform to trial your latest script.

At the end of each session, the group chooses a winning piece, which is then developed further and showcased at our ShowJam event on a local stage in June 2026.

Join us, bring your words, and see where they might take you!
